This feature is exceptional as it describes that perfect 'imperfect' narcissist dance that only an empath could write. But let's not forget that a narcissist must chronically be in a very tortured, lonely state that no one would choose. True, we have to protect ourselves from narcissists and recognize we can't help them plus boundaries are needed (or severing ties altogether) but no one would choose to be a narcissist. It's how they're made just as how empaths are made. The painful difference is: empaths can learn to protect themselves but I'm not sure a narcissist can see themselves or change in an essential way - barring transformational love and therapy from a great therapist.
