I don’t dispute anyone’s reality or perceptions or experience in the world. I merely share my experience that what I feel inside, always gets replicated outside- I get what I expect. Sure, there are exceptions — there’s racism, or sexism (I can’t disguise my race or gender) or language prejudice (where I live anyway!) and one feels a ‘vibe’ at times no matter how cheery you are inside. But I’ve begun too see not one of us is a reliable judge of things because our inside stuff really does a number on our outer experience. If you’re slim and pretty but sour and nasty — trust me — you don’t get to have positive experiences.
